Responsibilities
Canada Security Group is seeking a polished, results-driven Security Sales Executive to support strategic growth across Ontario. This role focuses on generating new business, developing high-value client relationships, and representing the company in security services and integrated building systems.
- Developing new business opportunities across Ontario
Building relationships with property managers, condo boards, commercial clients, and decision-makers - Promoting Security Guarding, CCTV, Access Control, and Entry Systems
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations
- Coordinating with internal teams to support smooth handover and execution
- Maintaining strong follow-up and pipeline discipline
- Representing the company with professionalism and confidence
Skills/Experience
We are looking for an accomplished sales professional with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to win business in competitive environments.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience
- Experience in security services, property management, commercial real estate, or related sectors preferred
- Strong ability to build trust with senior decision-makers
- Confident managing longer and more complex sales cycles
- Professional presence and polished communication style
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
- Strong proposal, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting broader company growth
- Positive, accountable, and commercially minded
